Carolinia Cider Company is a multi-generational labour of love.
The tasting barn in located onsite at The Fruit Wagon; a working farm and market established in 1984. Our dry, sparkling ciders are crafted from apples planted, tended and harvested by hand on our family farm.
Nestled in the northernmost Carolinian forest on the shores of Lake Erie, our sandy soil and maritime climate help us to produce exceptional ciders crafted from both traditional cider varieties and fresh market apples.

We craft varietal based ciders using hand-picked, homegrown apples. Single varietal or blends, all fruit forward, very drinkable and perfect for any occasion.
